If you won't be using a Kixie device to make/receive calls or don't yet have a headset to use, skip to 2:52 for instructions on calling/receiving calls through an external device like a cell phone or existing direct line. These calls will still be captured by Kixie and synced to your CRM. This is recapped at 7:04 as well.
