If you are experiencing strange Kixie click-to-call behavior such as multiple click-to-call icons appearing on the page or no click-to-call icons showing up at all, it is most likely due to a conflicting chrome extension. We have seen issues in particular with Outreach and RingCentral extensions causing interference with the Kixie extension.
There are 3 ways you can fix the problem
1) Remove the offending extensions you have running in the Chrome settings.
2) Operate the Kixie PowerCall extension in a separate Chrome profile.
3) Turn off the click-to-call for the offending extension. See the below screenshot on how to turn it off for Outreach.
