Summary: Enterprise plan accounts can request to change the entire team's connection time. To do this, please have your admin submit an email to email@example.com with the desired connection time.
Connections within the Kixie.com Dashboard help all our users better understand their call successes.
We have had many requests to allow an individual business to adjust their connection time so we went ahead and created this feature. This will alter the data within the Call Reporting (shown below).
Adjusting your connection time will alter the following data:
- All Connections
- Incoming Connections
- Outgoing Connections
- Outgoing Connection %
